Your privacy matters to Brainy Pom ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through the Brainy Pom app at app.brainypom.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@brainypom.com.
1. Information we collect
- You give us:your email address, your dog's name and (optionally) a photo you upload, your training preferences and quiz answers, and your in-app progress.
- Payment information: if you subscribe, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Collected automatically: basic device and usage data (IP address, browser, general location) and information from cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API used to measure and improve our advertising.
2. How we use it
- To run the app and personalize lessons for your dog.
- To send you a login code and essential service emails (welcome, billing, account).
- To process your subscription and manage billing through Stripe.
- To measure, troubleshoot, and improve the app and our ads.
- To respond to your support requests.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Brainy Pom:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement (we may share a hashed version of your email so ad results can be attributed).
- Hosting & email providers (e.g. Vercel, Upstash, Google Workspace) — to operate the app and deliver emails.
4. Your dog's photo
Any photo you upload is used only to display inside your account. You can change or remove it at any time from your Profile.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and pixels to keep you logged in and to measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
6. Data retention & your rights
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live (including the UK and EU under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email info@brainypom.comand we'll respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children
Brainy Pom is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
