These Terms govern your use of the Brainy Pom app and subscription at app.brainypom.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. What Brainy Pom is

Brainy Pom is a digital subscription that gives you a personalized daily training plan, a video masterclass, a calm-routines kit, and a private community designed for Pomeranians and other spitz-type dogs. It is educational content — not veterinary or professional behavioral advice.

2. Plans & pricing

Brainy Pom unlocks everything — your plan, the Masterclass, the Calm Kit and the community — and is offered either as a $29.00/month membership or, on certain offers, as a one-time lifetime purchase (USD). The exact price and terms are always shown before you pay. The membership starts one of two ways, chosen at checkout:

• 7-day free trial → $29/month. You enter a card but are not charged today. Your membership is free for 7 days; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is then automatically charged $29.00/month until you cancel.
• Introductory plan → $29/month. A discounted introductory period charged today — e.g. $4.99 for 7 days, $7.99 for 4 weeks, or $19.99 for 12 weeks (the options shown at checkout). When the introductory period ends, your membership automatically continues at $29.00/month until you cancel.

One-time lifetime purchase (no subscription). On certain offers (for example via our video presentation), Brainy Pom is available as a single one-time payment for lifetime access — the amount is shown at checkout before you pay. This is a one-time charge that does not auto-renew: there is no monthly fee, nothing recurring, and nothing to cancel. It unlocks everything (your plan, the Masterclass, the Calm Kit and the community), including future updates, for the lifetime of the product.

Brainy Pom may also offer separate one-time add-ons; any such add-on is a single payment that does not renew, and its terms are shown at the time of purchase.

3. Billing & automatic renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. Both entry options are auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Free trial: $0 today; then $29.00/month beginning at the end of your 7-day trial, automatically, until you cancel.
• Introductory plan: the introductory amount is charged today; then $29.00/month beginning when your introductory period ends, automatically, until you cancel.

By starting either option you authorize these recurring charges. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to your next renewal.

The one-time lifetime purchase is different: it is a single charge today with no recurring billing. It does not auto-renew and there is nothing further to cancel — you keep lifetime access for that one payment.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Profile → Manage membership in the app (our Stripe billing portal) or by emailing info@brainypom.com.

• During a free trial: cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.
• On a paid membership (intro or monthly): cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it ends.

5. Refunds — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your membership is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you work through the training and the Masterclass and your Pom hasn't improved, request a full refund within 30 days of your first chargeand we'll refund that charge to your original payment method (one refund per customer). Because the guarantee is action-based, we may ask you to confirm you worked through the core training and Masterclass lessons.

The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the one-time lifetime purchase: if your Pom hasn't improved after you work through the training and the Masterclass, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of that one-time payment (one refund per customer).

After the 30-day window, cancelling stops all future charges, but we do not offer refunds or credits for partial memberships(the unused portion of a period you've already paid for) — your access simply continues until the end of that period. If something has gone wrong — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — email info@brainypom.comand we'll make it right.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase; however, by starting and accessing the digital content you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge this may end that statutory cancellation right.

6. License & intellectual property

While your membership (including any free trial or introductory period) is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for training your own dog. All lessons, videos, text, and graphics remain the property of Brainy Pom. You may not share your login, resell, reproduce, or redistribute the content without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use & community

Be respectful in the community and don't post harmful, unlawful, or spammy content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or abuse the service.

8. No guarantee of results & your responsibility

Training outcomes depend on your consistency and your dog's individual circumstances. We make no guarantee of specific results. Always consult a qualified vet or behaviorist for medical or serious behavioral issues.

Your responsibility & assumption of risk.You know your dog best and are solely responsible for your dog's safety, health, and behavior, and for deciding whether any technique is appropriate for your dog. You use the training at your own risk. If your dog shows any sign of distress, pain, fear, illness, or aggression, stop immediately and consult a qualified veterinarian or professional behaviorist. Do not apply any technique to a dog with a known medical condition, injury, or history of aggression without first consulting a professional.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brainy Pom is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any injury, harm, illness, loss, or damage to you, your dog, or any third party (including other people or animals) arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, the content or training, nor for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, or liability that cannot be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
